---++++ Setup Excel Export Macro in MS Excel <a name="Setup" title="Setup"></a>

|  _1_  | Download the file 'ExportToTwiki.bas' attached to this page |
|  _2_  | Open Excel |
|  _3_  | In excel choose: Tools > Macros > "Visual Basic Editor" |
|  _4_  | Right click on "VBA Project (Personal.XLS)" |
|  _5_  | Click on "Import File", and import the 'ExportToTwiki.bas' file |
|  _6_  | Click on Tools > References on the top menu bar. Check that "Microsoft Forms 2.0 Object Library" is checked and click OK. <br /><br /> _(Note: If there is no "Microsoft Forms 2.0 Object Library" on the list, then click on "Browse" and choose the file FM20.dll, and it should appear. Enabling the Analysis ToolPak add-in will also make this reference available.)_ |
|  _7_  | Exit the window and return to excel |

Because you added this macro to your personal.XLS, it will be available for all the spreadsheets you open.
---++++ Converting spreadsheet into a wiki table <a name="Convert" title="Convert"></a>

|  _1_  | To export the current spreadsheet into TWiki format, type Alt+F8 and choose ExportDBToTWiki. The exported table is now in the clipboard and can be pasted into the TWiki edit window. |
|  _2_  | In the Twiki edit window, click on the'Edit Twiki markup' button (it is next to the HTML button and looks like a pick) |
|  _3_  | Paste the table into the page at the appropriate location. |
