How Do I... Edit the Settings on a wiki page
To edit the settings on a wiki page:
Go to the wiki page (whose settings you want to edit)
Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click
More Topic Actions
Around the middle of that page (under
Edit topic preference settings
), click on
Edit Settings
That will open a new page (probably blank), where you can enter the settings you want the page (called a
topic
by twiki) to have.
It is recommended to open the
Edit Help
(by clicking the little triangle before Edit Help at the top left)
Enter the settings you want the page to have.
For example to allow viewing of this page only by David Keegel and Mel Shea, you can enter: * Set ALLOWTOPICVIEW = Main.DavidKeegel, Main.MelShea
Or to allow anyone except anonymous users access to view the page: * Set DENYTOPICVIEW = Main.UnknownUser, Main.TWikiGuest
To only allow D&D users access to view the page: * Set ALLOCTOPICVIEW = Main.DnDGroup
